1000 sheets for A thousand sheets...

Today is a special day here at the ol' A thousand sheets of paper blog. No, it's not quite the one year anniversary, as that was on July 16th. Instead I thought it would be fun to combine that celebration with another crazy milestone that I've been keeping track of and finally hit this past week... you see, since I started making cards and posting them here I've been keeping track of the number of different sheets of pattern paper that I cut into for my cards just to see how long it would take to get to 1000. I'm excited to say that it only took a couple weeks over my year anniversary to get there! I told you this was crazy! LOL!

Crazy or not though, I'm in the mood to celebrate (and clear out some paper) so I've got A THOUSAND 6x6 sheets of paper that I'm giving away! Wanna see what 1000 sheets of paper looks like? Take a look-see...

That's a lot of paper, huh? Perhaps just a bit crazy to send all to one person, so I'm breaking it apart into five candies of 200 sheets each. And the fun doesn't stop there! I couldn't celebrate a wonderful, exciting, surprising and simply amazing year of stamping and blogging without throwing some stamps into the mix as well! challenge vecto

sur crafty, il existe 1 challenge vecto ouvert à toutes, débutantes ou plus confirmées. On doit créer 3 vectos et faire la réa qui correspond bien sur. ce mois ci c'était le thème des vacances, j'avais 1 carte en tête et comme d'hab je mis suis attelée la veille lol ... sauf que la carte a vite dévié sur autre chose. l'année dernière je voulasi faire 1 cabine de plage, et le temps passant je ne l'avais toujours pô faite... la vecto est simple à faire alors je me suis dit pourquoi pô ? au final voilà ma réa, je peux vous montrer maintenant puisque le vote est terminé .. et que j'ai gagné ^_^ 
comme quoi parfois des vectos simples peuvent donner des résultats sympas.
papier pollen de vanouch pour les bleus de la cabine, 1 bazzil pour le blanc, pour le parasol 1 chute de papier pour les triangles de la "toile" 1 ondin pour le tube du pied et pour le pied 1 bougie à pile démontée, pour la chaise longue, j'ai fait 1 structure en fil de fer et  posé 1 rectangle de papier
la base est du carton recouvert de sable que ma fille avait ramené de Port Leucate l'an dernier avec les ptits coquillages de la plage :)
1 mini doit venir dans la cabine dont l porte s'ouvre, donc il me reste quelques petites finitions ..

Deco anniv

Comme je l'ai dit hier, c'était l'anniv de ma grande fille, 30 ans ! Ca me rajeunit pô hein ^_^

J'avais dans l'idée de faire 1 méga carte, et puis 1 aprem où j'avais besoin de me vider 1 peu l'esprit, j'ai attaqué 1 tuto que j'ai trouvé ici au départ c'était juste pour 1 essai alors j'ai pris des papiers achetés à mes tous débuts et qui dormaient dans 1 coin, et puis 1 fois le montage fini, l'idée m'est venu de le traiter comme 1 "petite maison" et d'essayer de l'adapter à 1 anniv :)

je peux enfin le montrer puisque je l'ai offert aujourd'hui, ma fille étant 1 de mes visiteuses, pô moyen de l'afficher avant mdrrr
